If you are interested in volunteering at Sam’s Day 2011 at NorthPark, please email Jennifer Bowlby at Jennifer.Bowlby[at]ingclarion[dot]com and let her know if you are able to volunteer and if you know of others who might like to participate. She’s begun the process of staffing the event and could use all the volunteers she can get. On the day of the event, she needs volunteers to help with everything from setting up before the event, greeting people, attending to the bounce houses, helping with the Silent Auction, etc.
Volunteers will be assigned a shift since this year’s Sam’s day will go from 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday, October 22, 2011.
If you’d like to be part of the fundraising efforts too, just let Jennifer know as well.
Even if volunteering doesn’t work for you this year, please do spread the word and come out with your friends and families to support the event and enjoy the day.
