If you prefer to mail in a donation, feel free to print out and complete a donation form. PPMD accepts Payment by Credit Card, from Bank Accounts or by Check. Be sure to add in the additional comments or instructions sections that this donation is for Sam’s Day 2011 and if an ambassador asked you to donate please add their name as well so they get credit for the donation. Anyone can simply text the word “SAM” to 90999 to make a one time $10 donation to our cause. When prompted, please reply with YES to confirm your gift. A one-time donation of $10 will be added to your mobile phone bill or deducted from your prepaid balance. Standard messaging rates and additional fees may apply. Donate at Sam’s Day @ NorthPark
Be sure to stop by our donation tables at Sam’s Day or visit our silent auction area to bid on some items. If you have an item you’d like to donate for the silent auction, fill out the Donation In Kind form and contact us to make arrangements for one of our silent auction team members to get the item from you.
We’ll be using iPads and the SquareUp devices to take donations at our information and donations tables and regular credit card machines will be used at the silent auction area. If you would like a tax deductible receipt, and you donated using one of the iPads, be sure to follow the instructions on the card below:
